Use on clean skin, with or without a serum depending on the mode. Start with the lowest vibration setting and a shorter session, building to ten minutes three or four times a week as you get used to it. Do not look directly into the LEDs, avoid the eye area, and stop if you notice irritation. Anyone with a photosensitive condition, taking photosensitising medication, or with an implanted electronic device should speak to a doctor first.
